How Mojo Builds Your Personalized AI Plan

What happens between the onboarding quiz and your plan reveal: how Mojo, the AI coach, selects habits, sizes your plan, and explains every choice.

  1. Mojo starts with your goal, not a template

Every plan begins from the goal you chose and the quiz you answered — your consistency history, your biggest barrier, your timeline. Two people with the same goal get different plans because their answers differ.

  2. Habits are drawn from a curated, science-backed pool

For each goal, Mojo selects from a hand-curated pool of habits with proven links to that outcome — so an AI plan never includes filler. Each candidate carries a frequency and an evidence note.

  3. The plan is sized to your capacity

Your difficulty level and quiz answers set how many habits you start with and how demanding their schedules are. Mojo would rather start you at three habits you will keep than seven you will abandon.

  4. Every habit comes with its reasoning

Tap any habit in the plan reveal to see why it made the cut — the specific mechanism linking it to your goal. You are never asked to follow instructions on faith.

  5. Unlocks arrive as you earn them

As your adherence stabilizes, Mojo progressively unlocks additions — a new habit, a higher frequency, a stretch target. The plan grows at the pace your track record supports.

  6. The feed keeps coaching between milestones

The Mojo feed delivers day-to-day coaching: intention prompts, reframes for rough patches, and observations drawn from your actual data — not generic quote-of-the-day filler.

The first thing to understand about Mojo is what it is not: a chatbot bolted onto a habit list. Mojo is a planner and coach woven through the whole app — it builds your initial plan, explains it, watches how reality treats it, and revises it with you.

Why per-habit reasoning matters

Habit advice fails when it arrives as commandments. Mojo attaches a why to every habit it proposes — “water before meals reduces calorie intake”, “meal preppers consume about a quarter fewer calories” — because a habit you understand is a habit you defend on a low-motivation day. If a reason does not persuade you, swap the habit out. The plan is a proposal, not a prescription.

Progressive unlocks beat big plans

The most common failure mode in habit building is front-loading: starting with everything, drowning by week three. Mojo inverts this. You start with a deliberately small core, and additions unlock as your adherence proves there is room for them. It feels slower on day one and dramatically faster by month three, because nothing you started has been abandoned.

What Mojo watches

Mojo reads the same signals you can see in insights — adherence by habit, best and worst days, streak stability — and uses them to time its coaching: a reminder moved to a better hour, a habit flagged for shrinking, a difficulty nudge when you are cruising. Set up smart reminders to let that coaching reach you at the right moment.
